Sinful Delight

The reason/s why I just can’t seem to shake that last 5-10 lbs off. Maybe if I had the discipline to forego sweets, anything with refined sugar or high dosages of sodium for a good month I might just be successful. But that would mean me giving up anything that’s fried and sauced. That would mean eating organic and raw. At all times.
I don’t think I can do that. Not just yet.
I will attempt though, maybe next month?
